For The Record on
For The Record is a half hour public affairs program produced in a talk show, question/answer, format. It airs weekly and is broadcast nationally in as many as 65 cities. The program presents various topics that are of interest to viewers -- such as politics, health, community resources, technology, and the arts. It also provides a forum for spokespeople of charitable organizations to educate and relay messages to the public.

NY & CT Broadcast Information ...
For The Record (FTR) is broadcast to all markets, on the PAX national network. Each local and cable PAX affiliate receives the feed, and has the OPTION of airing the show at a time that suits its local market. FTR airs in as many as 65 cities nationwide.
WSAH airs FTR Wednesday mornings at 10:00AM in most of Connecticut.

WHPX-TV26 serves the Hartford/New London area in CT. As of May 1, 2004, TV26 does NOT air FTR because of an agreement with NBC-30 for public affairs programming. This could change in the future, now that FTR is back in production.
WPXN-TV23 serves the New York/Bridgeport area, and is the channel broadcast from Cablevision. As of May 1, 2004, TV23 is running a Catholic health show out of Boston, followed by their own show, "New York NOW."
